How to use Fedele to manage your customers

Fedele is designed to simplify customer management and automate loyalty. All you need is your smartphone and a few minutes to get started.

1. Access the app

After creating your program, open Fedele for Business and log into your personal area. From here you can:

2. Assign points

When a customer makes a purchase, ask them to show their Fedele digital card. Open the app, tap "Scan customer code" and scan the customer's barcode: points will be added to their profile instantly.
