How this calculator works

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) = Monthly Marketing Spend ÷ New Customers Acquired. Customer Retention Cost (CRC) = Monthly Retention Spend ÷ Customers Retained. The calculator compares these two metrics side by side and shows the annual revenue generated by each group. The loyalty scenario applies the retention lift you set (default 20%) to your retained customers and shows the additional revenue that improvement would generate.
